Sirājul Mulūk Abū Bakr Tartūshī

This book is  a manual for kings, leaders, and those controlling the affairs of countries. It is extrapolated from the Qurān, Prophet’s stories and Arab, non-Arab, Roman, Persian and Indian politics.

This book is in relation to politics and touches on leadership and state issues. It includes one of the most historical, decisive stages of political evolution. It presents one of the most unique models that makes clear the war between the political landscape and political comparisons for the Faqīh. This book sheds light upon the hidden political nature between political thought and social reality.

It further indicates how the author encountered and found a solution to the problems.

This book also includes Islamic political and judicial issues as well as social philosophy, rules of the state, the relationship between the ruler and the masses and the relationship between Islamic and non-Islamic states.

Tartūshī is from amongst the jurists who were the first to systemise law and principles for rules and the state to follow.
